The 21 Day Sugar Detox (21DSD) is a program by Diane Sanfilippo that helps you beat your sugar addiction and eliminate sugar cravings in three weeks. The program focuses on nourishing your body with wholesome foods that are gluten-free, grain-free and naturally sugar-free. There are different program levels to match your lifestyle, and you will not go hungry! I repeat: YOU WILL NOT GO HUNGRY. In addition, there are modifications for pregnant/nursing mothers, athletes, pescetarians, and those with autoimmune conditions. I have completed the 21DSD several times. Honestly, the first time was the hardest. Now, I can complete a 21DSD without giving it much thought. Yes, it becomes really that easy. The biggest reason that the 21DSD is easy is because there are so many absolutely delicious recipes that are compliant with the program.
