Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) is a strict version of the Paleo template, which a person eliminates certain foods to help control his/her autoimmune disease. Typically, the foods that are eliminated are alcohol, beans/legumes, chocolate, dairy, eggs, grains, nightshades, and various nuts and seeds. The following is a list of AIP-friendly meal ideas. Please watch the ingredients carefully and omit anything that you know causes an autoimmune flair-up!
