Who doesn’t enjoy gluten free cocktails and mocktails from time to time?┬áTo be perfectly honest, I enjoy several drinks from time to time! Sadly, I do not like going out for drinks too often since I find that it is hard to find gluten free drinks that I enjoy. More and more bars and restaurants are carrying hard cider, but it is usually Angry Orchard. I’m not sure what is in it (since alcohol does not require a list of ingredients – DUMB), but it hurts my stomach. So, I’m stuck searching my phone for gluten-free drinks that I can order. Then, frustration takes over, and I usually give up and order water.

FYI – I used “gluten free” in the title since alcohol is not technically Paleo. Did cave dwellers have martinis? Sadly for them, they did not. However, we do, and we should enjoy it from time to time and in moderation and NEVER before getting behind the wheel! (Sorry, but I felt that a post about booze needed a warning.)
